A client renewal manager is a record-keeping tool for businesses that provide services which need to be renewed periodically. These may include website hosting, domain registration, website maintenance, annual support packages, software subscriptions and other recurring business services.
Instead of checking several files to find out which client has a renewal coming up, you can store the client's name, service, renewal month and day, amount, contact details and notes in the Net Kreation Renewal Manager. Records are displayed under the relevant month, helping you review your yearly renewal schedule in an organised format.
The tool is particularly useful when your client base grows and remembering every renewal date becomes difficult. It provides a structured register rather than relying entirely on memory or scattered notes.
Add a renewal using a simple form. Enter the client or company name, website or reference, service, renewal month and day, client status, renewal amount, contact person, mobile number, email address and notes. The client name, month and day are required; other details can be added when relevant.
The dashboard groups records into all twelve calendar months, from January to December. Each month displays its saved records and a count of matching renewals. You can add a record directly from the month where you want it to appear.
Store the month and day for services that renew annually. For example, a domain renewal recorded for 15 March remains listed under March every year. This is useful for recurring annual services where the month and day are more important than storing a single year's date.
Search records using client name, domain or reference, service, contact person, mobile number or email address. Use the status filter to display all records, active clients only or expired clients only.
Review total renewals, active clients, renewals listed for the current month and expired records at a glance. These summary figures help you understand the size and general status of your renewal register without opening every record individually.
Click a client name to open the saved details in read-only mode. Use the edit icon to update the record, or choose the edit option from the details window. If a record is no longer needed, you can delete it after confirmation.
Export your records as a JSON backup file and keep it in a safe location. If you need to restore a previously exported backup, use the import option and select the file. Importing replaces the current records, so save a fresh backup before restoring older data.
Use the monthly PDF option to open a printable report for a selected month. The report includes client, website or reference, service, renewal date, status, contact, mobile and amount. You can also use the main Print / PDF option for a printable view of the dashboard.

The tool is a record-management aid, not a replacement for your accounting software, domain registrar or hosting provider's official account records. Always verify actual expiry dates, invoices, payments and service status with the relevant provider before taking action.
The Renewal Manager saves its records automatically in the browser's local storage. This means records are associated with the browser and website environment in which they were entered, rather than being automatically synchronised to an online account or shared across all devices.
If you clear browser data, use a different browser or device, or lose access to the original browser storage, your saved records may no longer be available there. For this reason, use Export Backup regularly and store the resulting JSON file securely. Importing a backup replaces the current register, so export your latest records before restoring an older file.
Since the tool may contain client names, phone numbers, email addresses and commercial information, use it only on a device you control, protect access to that device and avoid sharing backup files with unauthorised people. The tool does not provide cloud synchronisation or centralised team access.
The current version helps you organise, search, filter and print renewal information. It does not automatically send email, SMS or WhatsApp messages, and it does not schedule push notifications. You should review the dashboard regularly and use your preferred communication method to contact clients before a renewal is due.
